Membership runs $375 a year for the first member, and $350 a year for each additional family member you add. You pay in full by credit or debit card when you join, and your membership renews automatically every 12 months. The fee may change over time, and you'll always get advance notice before it does.
Here's what the cost looks like without a membership. A new patient visit, including an exam, cleaning, and X-rays, adds up to about $451 total. For an existing patient without a plan, that same visit runs $413.
